Fortunately, there is good news that the revised "Measures for the Administration of Scoring of Road Traffic Safety Violations" was finally deliberated and approved a few days ago, and the specific rules will soon be officially implemented from April 1, 2022.
One of the most important is that in the past, more than 50% of speeding was deducted 12 points, 20%-50% was deducted 6 points, and 20% below 3 points were deducted, and after the adjustment, it was mainly for the ordinary roads of the expressway level. First, the deduction of points on ordinary roads has been lowered: 6 points are deducted for speeding above 50%, no points are deducted for less than 20%, and second, no points are deducted for speeding below 20% on high speeds. At this point, the owner's friends can finally increase the speed of the vehicle when driving on the highway a little more.
In response to this new policy of not deducting points for speeding below 20% on high speeds, it seems to add 10% of the speed range to driver friends, but in fact, it is very likely to improve the traffic efficiency of our entire national highway.

For traffic violations that are minor, a warning penalty is given and a demerit point is waived.
By the way, the new traffic regulations also remove the scoring treatment of traffic violations such as driving without placing inspection signs and insurance signs. It is worth mentioning that the new regulations also implement the measure of deducting points from the study of the law, and drivers only need to log on to the traffic management 12123 App to apply for the deduction of points for the study of the law.
