Meishan City, alias "Meizhou" and "Qitong",
It is the hometown of Su Dongpo, a great scholar of the Song Dynasty,

Meishan City is located in the southwest of the Chengdu Plain in the Sichuan Basin, in the middle reaches of the Minjiang River.
It is connected with Chengdu, Leshan, Neijiang, Ziyang, Zigong and Ya'an.
Meishan City is rich in culture, and during the Song Dynasty, it was one of the three major engraving and printing centers in China;

Spring warms up quickly and has little precipitation; autumn is cool and rainy.
The main rivers in the territory are the Min River and the Tsing Yi River.
There are 7 species of national first-class protected wild plants such as jade dragon fern, yew tree, tung tree, ginkgo biloba, and one-leaf grass;
There are 25 species of secondary protected plants, such as alder, fan fern, oil wheat hanging spruce, bashan tree, grate trichosperm tree, and incense tree.
Mineral resources mainly include calcium glauber's salt, coal and brick shale, as well as lead, zinc, copper, phosphorus and so on.
