As the saying goes, "With tofu without meat, it is difficult to become a table without tofu." It is estimated that it is a reminder that I should "paste autumn fat", always thinking of eating something delicious, and recently became obsessed with eating tofu.

Tofu is also known as "plant meat", is recognized as a good nutritional product, both calcium and anti-cancer, today share a few of my favorite home-cooked tofu methods, nutrition and nourishment, light and delicious. Pair tofu with different ingredients to give them different effects and provide more comprehensive nutrition for our bodies.
The first course: tofu with duck blood
Duck blood contains a variety of inorganic salts and trace elements that the human body lacks, such as phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, etc., and is called "liquid meat", which has the effect of cleaning the blood. Tofu is rich in protein, various trace elements are also very comprehensive, and the nutritional value is very high. Tofu is also rich in soy isoflavones, which are very helpful for women's health. It also has the effect of moisturizing, detoxifying and detoxifying. The combination of the two can be a good blood tonic and liver protection.
The steps to prepare the duck blood tofu soup are as follows:
Ingredients: a piece of duck blood, a piece of tender tofu, a suitable amount of starch, chives.
Step 1: Cut the tender tofu and duck blood into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the chives and set aside. Stir the starch with the right amount of water to form a starch paste and set aside.
Step 2: Boil the water, after the water is boiled, blanch the tofu and duck blood for half a minute, fish out and set aside.
Step 3: Start the pot to boil the oil, after the oil is hot, add a little green onion to stir-fry, stir-fry the aroma, add a bowl of water and bring to a boil. Place the tofu and duck blood cubes in a pot, add a little salt, and simmer for three minutes after the water boils. After boiling, you can come out of the pot and sprinkle a little green onion to make the aroma stronger.
Second course: tofu with kelp
Kelp contains iodine, potassium and other nutrients, which can prevent arteriosclerosis and reduce blood pressure, and it is rich in dietary fiber, which can effectively alleviate the rise of blood sugar. Kelp and tofu are both very healthy foods. Tofu contains the substance "saponins", which can cause iodine deficiency caused by excessive consumption, and kelp just contains iodine, and combining these two ingredients will make nutrition more balanced.
To prepare the kelp stewed tofu:
Ingredients: Kelp to taste, a piece of tofu, green onion, salt.
Step 1: Boil water in a pot, boil the water into the tofu, fish out after five minutes, and set aside. Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside. Wash the soaked kelp, cut into strips and set aside.
Step 2: Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then put the tofu and kelp under the pot, stir-fry, pour a large bowl of water, bring to a boil.
Step 3: After simmering for 10 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and then simmer for another 10 minutes before coming out of the pot.
The third course: tofu with eggs
Many people have the problem of insufficient qi and blood, such as easy to feel cold hands and feet, cold if you are not careful, and so on. The nutritional value of tofu is similar to that of milk, and people who cannot drink milk can use tofu instead of milk. Eggs can also replenish blood and qi, eat more eggs and tofu, can be a good calcium supplement.
Tofu egg hugging is done as follows:
Ingredients: Inner fat tofu, two eggs, ham sausage, millet spicy, shallots.
Step 1: Lactone tofu cut into pieces and set aside, beat the eggs into egg liquid for later, dice the ham sausage and set aside, cut the millet spicy into small rings and set aside, and cut the green onion into green onions for later.
Step 2: Mix a sauce. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, a little chicken essence, a spoonful of sesame oil, a suitable amount of water, stir well, and set aside.
Step 3: Add a little oil to the pot and lay the lactone tofu flat to the bottom of the pot, you can also cut the tofu directly into pieces in the pot and then slip it out. Just spread the eggs evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Step 4: Pour the egg into the tofu, shake it, don't stick to the pan. Pour the ham sausage, millet spicy and chives on top of the tofu, pour the sauce into the pot, and collect the juice.
Fourth course: tofu with shrimp
Shrimp are rich in protein, zinc, iodine and selenium, and are low in calories and fat. Magnesium in shrimp has an important regulatory effect on heart activity and can well protect the cardiovascular system. Astaxanthin in shrimp is an antioxidant that can delay aging.
Wakame tofu shrimp soup
Ingredients: Wakame, ready-made shrimp, tofu with inner fat, 1 chives.
Step 1: Soak the wakame in water, five minutes, chop and set aside. Cut the fat tofu into cubes and set aside, and cut the chives into green onions and set aside.
Step 2: Pour oil into the pot, sprinkle some green onions first, fry the shallot flavor, put the wakame into the pot and stir-fry, then add the appropriate amount of water, after the water boils, the tofu and shrimp will be put into the pot, add some salt to taste, and finally when the pot comes out, sprinkle a little green onion.
This soup is very low in calories and very nutritious, I often use it as dinner, and it is not easy to grow meat when I eat too much.
Fifth course: tofu with minced meat
Autumn paste autumn fat can be less meat!
Minced meat tofu is prepared as follows:
Ingredients: a piece of tender tofu, minced lean meat, minced garlic, green onion, starch, salt, soy sauce, extremely fresh taste, bean paste, five-spice powder, cooking wine.
Step 1: Rinse the tofu and cut into small pieces. Minced garlic and set aside. Adjust half a bowl of starch paste and set aside.
Step 2: Boil water in the pot, after the water boils, put the tofu blocks, blanch the water, add a little salt to the pot, you can remove some bean smell, about 3 to 5 minutes later, the tofu blocks are fished out.
Step 3: The minced meat can be marinated first, add a little salt, starch and cooking wine, grasp and mix well, about 20 minutes or so.
Step 4: Heat the oil, add the minced meat and fry until it changes color, and set aside.
Step 5: Start the pot to boil the oil, add a little minced garlic and watercress sauce and stir-fry, then put the tofu pieces off the pot, stir-fry evenly, pour in the sautéed minced meat, stir-fry.
Step 6: Season. Add a spoonful of salt to the pot, a spoonful of extremely fresh flavor, add a little soy sauce, a small spoonful of five-spice powder, a small half bowl of starch paste, and finally stir well, wait for the starch paste to solidify slightly before you can put it on the plate, and finally sprinkle a little green onion garnish.
