Ding Ding's mother wanted to eat dried plums, but because the supermarket sold too many added things, she had been afraid to buy them and eat them, so she began to make dried plums herself shortly after she became pregnant.
I bought fresh plums on Taobao, the color is OK, and it is really sour to eat directly, but I still eat a lot of leftovers to make dried plums. Here are the steps:
1. Wash the fresh plums, dry off the surface moisture, rub the surface of the plums with an appropriate amount of salt, let stand for a while, wait for the surface of the plums to have some wrinkles, and then find a clean glass bottle, a layer of salt and a layer of plums into the glass bottle, sealed, put in a cool place for 2-3 days;

2. When the plums are all pickled and turned yellow, and the folds begin to wrinkle, take the plums out and dry them again.
3. Remember to find good weather to dry on a day, otherwise it is easy to get moldy, and it is almost like this;
4. Put the dried plums in the glass bottle again, this time put the sugar pickled, sealed;
5. Marinate with sugar for 3-7 days, depending on the weather, the weather is better, you can take it out again to dry, at this time it will be sweet;
This is the result of my 4 days of drying, it seems that in a few days it can be completely dried, the taste with the fragrance of the plum itself, eat with some sweetness, and so after it is completely dried, you can find a small jar that you usually do not use, pack it up, when the appetite is not good, eat something, the mood is beautiful ~
