Cooking method

7. Then add an appropriate amount of broth to the pot, after the beef trotter tendon is simmered into the flavor, use starch to thin the mustard, add balsamic vinegar, green onion, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate and push well.
Precautions
When purchasing hoof tendons, you should carefully distinguish them, do not buy alkali-haired hoof tendons, and the hoof tendons of water hair are better. The water hair hoof tendons are slightly yellowish and sticky to the touch. The hooves of strong alkali hair are whitish in color, significantly larger in volume, and sometimes have a rough "flowering" shape at both ends.
