Nuggets player Jamal Murray tore a torn cruciate ligament in his left knee last season underwent surgery last April. Coach Malone said he would not make a comeback in January or February.
Today, Murray posted a video of his big windmill dunk on Instagram, and it looks like it's recovering well.
Murray wrote: "The 256th day of leaving the arena. ”
