The grand finale was the final four of the RIZIN Grand Prix, with Hirosumasa Okubo (25-5-2, 1 K, 6 S) and former RIZIN champion Asakami (19-4, 11 K, 3 S) reaching the finals, which was also a double-match between the two sides, and in August 2020, when the two sides first met each other, Asagiri played KOO Hiroshima Ogisa in the first leg of football. Former K-1 WGP subweight (67.5kg) champion Yuta Kubo (KICKBOXING: 49-10-1, 29 KO) against 94 kg Mitsu Saito (4-9-1, 2 K, 2 S) won the special MMA rules exhibition match, and Saito Mitsuru won the first leg of the Flying Cross Solid Surrender.
Undefeated "prodigy" Nasugawa Tenshin and 43-year-old former PRIDE champion Takanori Gomi conducted a special boxing exhibition match, after which K-1 champion Takeru Segawa also came to the scene to promote the final showdown between the two sides in June.
