Wash a large northern green onion, wash and cut the green onion. Wash 1 egg, beat into a small bowl and whip well. If it is a non-stick pan, there is no need to put oil. If it is an iron pot, there is very little oil. Heat an iron pot and add a small amount of oil. Pour the egg mixture over the oil, allow the egg liquid to solidify and turn off the heat. Grab the quiche with a spatula and scrape the bottom of the pan so as not to paste the pan. Pour in the green onion and add a small amount of salt. Turn on the heat and stir-fry constantly with the quiches. Add a small amount of water and continue to stir-fry for about a minute. If you continue to add sausages, it is also good. Wash the sausages and wash them again. Peel and slice. Add to a wok and stir-fry well. Pour into a large dish.
