The sinking cadres of the trade union took the initiative to ask Miao to engage in nucleic acid testing
Her name is Sun Yanan, a sinking cadre of the Xi'an Federation of Trade Unions, and her job was to assist community workers in maintaining order in the Xujing Mingyuan community in Xiguan Street, Lianhu District. As for why it has become a sampling "big white", we have to start with an incident on December 28, 2021.
In order to give full play to the role of the sinking cadres and improve the work efficiency, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions decided to arrange the second batch of sinking cadres to work in the nearest community where they lived. At noon on the 28th, the medical staff doing nucleic acid sampling in the community suddenly had pain in their arms due to long-term mechanical movements, and they could no longer carry out sampling work. This can make the community director both distressed and worried, after all, the sampling volume in a day is more than 1,000 people, and now more than 700 people have been collected. At this critical juncture, Sun Yanan, who graduated from the Fourth Medical University of Dentistry, stood up firmly, and she took the initiative to ask for help and told the community director that she could try it.
After a short study with another medical staff in the community, Sun Yanan temporarily "changed sides" and joined the team of nucleic acid sampling. With a wealth of experience in oral medicine, she is also handy in sampling.
For the matter of Sun Yanan's temporary incarnation of "Big White", colleagues in the unit praised it after learning about it: "I didn't expect that the little Sun who is usually in the office actually has this skill!" ”
So Sun Yanan has a "dual identity": he is both a cadre of the sinking community of the trade union and a nucleic acid sampler.
The heart-warming little things gave her more motivation
At 8 o'clock on December 29, Sun Yanan, who had just washed up, received a call from the community director. "Ya Nan, I still have to trouble you today, we really don't have enough manpower for nucleic acid testing and sampling." As soon as the voice fell, Sun Yanan did not hesitate for a moment, and after simply cleaning up, he hurried to the nucleic acid sampling point, took a breath of fresh air with nostalgia, and then quickly put on a protective suit and threw himself into a new day's work. In the next two days, Sun Yanan continued to fight in her "new post".
Because of wearing protective clothing, every day from 8 a.m. to the end of the work at 5 p.m., Sun Yanan did not dare to drink water, and other sampling medical staff often did not eat or drink all day in order to save supplies. In the cold winter, after a day's work, Sun Yanan took off his protective gloves every time, and his hands were always cold and red and swollen. After returning home at night, you should soak in hot water for a long time to ease up.
"Sometimes you can see the neighbors' 'complaining' in the owner group, some people say that the nucleic acid is very gentle today, some people say that the nucleic acid is too deep today, but they don't know that the person who sampled them is in the group, which is quite interesting." Sun Yanan couldn't help but laugh when he said this.
Although it is hard, there are often some heart-warming things in the work that give Sun Yanan motivation. "Seeing a young mother tell her daughter that 'after doing the nucleic acid, you must say thank you to the nurse aunt', and some residents will take their own warm water bags, warm babies, and 'little sun' downstairs and stuff them into the medical staff, and everything everyone does warms the hearts of all the epidemic prevention workers present." Sun Yanan said that in the concerted efforts, everyone believes that spring is coming.
Make a New Year's wish: we will all be well
Sun Yanan, a "post-90s" child, is the mother of a 4-year-old child, and the child has been in the in-laws' home because he wants to support community work. As a mother, she is always very worried about her young children, "I have too many people in contact with every day, and the children have to be taken care of by the elderly." She said that the child's grandmother is a doctor in the high-tech hospital, and now she is also on duty at the unit, and everyone in the family can go to the front line, which can also be regarded as contributing to the prevention and control of the epidemic in the city.
On December 31, after a day's work, Sun Yanan's voice was slightly hoarse, and she told reporters her New Year's wish: I hope to defeat the epidemic as soon as possible, and we will all be better.
In the new year, this "union white" will continue to devote himself to the frontline work with courage and love for the city.
