Retreat began two years ago

This personnel change at Greentown Services actually had a premonition.

In 2018, Yang was promoted from CEO to vice chairman of the board of directors, and continued to operate the company's strategy and core business, which is seen as a signal to succeed the helmsman of Greentown Services.

A year later, Li Hairong also stepped down from two social positions. In 2019, Li Hairong resigned from social positions such as vice president of China Property Management Association and vice president of Zhejiang Real Estate Association. Yang Zhangfa, who was the vice chairman of the board of directors at the time, quickly took over the above two positions.

In addition, Li Hairong's equity has gradually been diluted. In the same year, Li Hairong transferred his 14.88% stake to 56 senior management. Going back further, she also transferred 0.2% of her equity to Wu Zhihua and Yang Zhangfa, the core managers of Greentown Services.

On 29 December 2019, Li Hairong transferred a 5% stake in Greentown Services to Longfor Group for HK$1.076 billion .076 billion.

According to the interim report, Greentown Services achieved revenue of 5.596 billion yuan during the reporting period, an increase of 27.2% year-on-year; gross profit was about 1.123 billion yuan, an increase of 24.1% year-on-year; net profit was about 554 million yuan, an increase of 53.0% year-on-year; net profit margin was 9.9%, up 1.7 percentage points from the same period in 2020.

What cannot be ignored is that Li Hairong was born in May 1957, and he is 64 years old this year, and has already entered the year of Hua Jia.

Born in 1971, Yang Zhangfa was a full 14 years younger than Li Hairong.

On November 27, 2015, Yang Zhangfa was appointed as an executive director and chief executive officer of Greentown Services. From March 23, 2018 to December 30, 2021, he was the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Greentown And ceased to serve as Chief Executive Officer. In February 2002, Yang joined Greentown Service Group and held various positions in Greentown Property.

On March 28, at the 2020 performance promotion meeting of Greentown Services, Yang Zhangfa, who was then the vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Greentown Services, pointed out the development goals of Greentown Services in the next 5 years: within 5 years, the overall operating income of Greentown Services increased by 5 times. In 2020, Greentown services reached 10.106 billion yuan, an increase of 17.8% year-on-year.
