
1) Wash the tip of the green shoots and soak them in edible baking soda for about 20 minutes, then rinse them with pure water, strain out the water and cut into small pieces
2) Tahini to taste
3) Add a small amount of sugar and salt
4) Spread the tahini in cold boiling water to create a thick sauce
5) Drizzle the sauce over the tip of the bamboo shoots and finish
