Today, teach everyone to make a small snack that adults and children love to eat - apple rolls
16 apples (I made it twice, 8 apples at a time)

Directions: 1, apple wash, peel, pit, cut into pieces (the size of the block does not matter)
2, cut the apple pieces into the pressure cooker without adding water for 20 minutes (experimented with many ways to steam apples, this effect is the best)
3: Pour the steamed apples into a wok and stir-fry over high heat until viscous
4: Spread two sheets of oil paper on the board, pour the fried jam on the oil paper and scrape it flat with a scraper
5, put in a place with the sun to dry for three days.
Dry for two days, just dry for one day
6, cut into your favorite look, this is eight apples to do only so little, think about the seven or eight pieces of a pound we usually buy in the supermarket to buy a lot. Scary! Or eat with confidence that you make your own food.
