Among them, in the fourth part "Recommendations on strengthening the management of football players", the reply of the General Administration of Sport mentions:
National team and U23 national team athletes are strictly prohibited from having new tattoos, and those who have tattoos are advised to remove their tattoos themselves, and if there are special circumstances, they must be covered during training and competition after the consent of the team; the U20 national team and the following national teams at all levels are strictly prohibited from recruiting athletes with tattoos.
