The project is located in Haikou Mission Hills Tourism Park, with a planned total area of 1657 mu and a planned total investment of about 4.026 billion yuan, and the first opening area of the first phase of the project strives to be put into operation in 2023.
The World New Energy Vehicle Experience Center project plans to build "4 functional areas" (new energy vehicle exhibition and sales area, new energy vehicle experience track and auxiliary facilities, new energy vehicle testing and maintenance area, automobile culture and leisure tourism area) + "3 centers" (automobile design and modeling center, new energy vehicle technology research and development center, automobile testing and evaluation center) + "2 platforms" (new energy vehicle public data platform, charging service public platform) + "1 community" (international talent community). There are five characteristic highlights: one is the new energy CAR MALL; the second is the collection exhibition hall; the third is the racing museum; the fourth is the tourist highway station around the island; and the fifth is the V1 international circuit and luxury car brand experience center.
