As a large city and municipality directly under the central government in the west, Chongqing is facing tremendous pressure on the prevention and control of tumors and diabetes, especially for patients with tumors and diabetes, simple and practical blood glucose management methods are the key links in effective management and prevention and control. In order to further improve the current situation of cancer and diabetes prevention and treatment, promote the Internet + mobile health services, and spawn a new model of health services for diabetes and tumor patients has become the focus of diabetes combined tumor prevention and control, it is planned to base on intelligence and dig deep services as a breakthrough point, through the form of continuing education and learning classes, to provide third-party chronic disease services for chronic disease management intelligent hardware manufacturers docking support, which can not only obtain a large number of markets, but also effectively improve the burden of hospital treatment and reduce the pressure of medical insurance.

It is understood that Professor Wu Qinan and his team have presided over and participated in more than 30 national provincial and ministerial projects, won the second prize of military medical achievements and the second prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress, and have published more than 40 papers in SCI magazines, of which the highest impact factor of a single paper is 33.752, which has a far-reaching impact at home and abroad. Professor Wu Qinan presided over a number of continuing medical education projects from 2019 to 2021: the application of blood glucose management system inside and outside the hospital in patients with tumors and diabetes mellitus (2019-03-06-065 (Chongqing)), the 2020 Chongqing Continuing Medical Education Project: Continuing Education Class on Oncology Endocrinology (2020-03-06-093 (Chongqing)). 2021 National Continuing Education Program: In-hospital and out-of-hospital blood glucose management for patients with tumors and diabetes mellitus (2021-03-06-228 (National), all of which have been successfully completed and concluded. The team has taken the lead in setting up the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Tumor Endocrinology Committee nationwide, the main members of the team are Professor Zhou Qi of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Chongqing University as the chairman of the committee, Director Wu Qinan is the standing committee, and in the Chongqing Association of Integrative Traditional and Western Medicine and the Chongqing Association of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology have set up a tumor endocrine committee, Director Wu Qinan is the chairman of the committee; organized the "Journal of Chongqing Medical University - Endocrine Metabolism and Tumor Special Journal", and participated in the compilation of the "Clinical Rehabilitation of Lung Cancer" published by the People's Medical Publishing House. The relevant chapter of "Tumor Endocrinology" in "System Endocrinology" published by China Science and Technology Press. In recent years, the main members of the team have taken the lead in writing the "Guidelines for the Management of Tumor-Associated Hyperglycemia (2021 Edition)", "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Emergency Treatment of Major Endocrine Adverse Reactions of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors", "Guidelines for the Management of Endometrials Related to Breast Cancer Auxiliary Endocrine Therapy (2021 Edition)", "Expert Consensus on the Management of High-Risk Populations with Hereditary Gynecologic Tumors (2020)", and participated in the "Expert Consensus on Immune-related Adverse Reactions in the Endocrine System Caused by Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors" ( 2020)" was formulated and published with remarkable results.
