The drama makes people chase the tone of scolding while watching, which is a precedent set in the film and television industry, its protracted and lengthy plot design, some unknown shots, and the deliberately exaggerated performances of individual actors have gained overwhelming spitting stars, and even Xu Director, who has always had a personality, has to publicly apologize.
Dust falling, to be fair, there are many highlights in "New World" that are worth talking about, especially the performance level of villains such as Tie Lin and Shen Shichang in the play, which is extremely well played and perfectly portrays the true color of villains and villains. When Tie Lin was shot and killed by Xu Tianyi, and when Shen Shichang was executed on the street, he couldn't help but feel refreshed and screamed out in pain.
But many people have not noticed that in fact, the most rampant villains in "New World" are not Tie Lin and Shen Shichang, but a small role around Tie Lin. In the play, this small role is called Yan Ruozhou, but most viewers only remember that he is called "Division Chief", the director of the Second Division of the Beiping Station Action Department of the Secret Bureau, not even a supporting role, at best it is a big dragon set, but it is the most rampant villain in the play.
At the beginning of 1949, hundreds of thousands of Platon soldiers approached Beiping City. Under the pressure of the large army, the reactionaries in the city were silent, and everyone was in danger, such as Shen Shichang and others, who were scheming and calculating, also began to consider stepping on two boats in order to protect themselves; only the "director" was still stubbornly carrying out the reactionary policy, not only assassinating and attacking the PLA peace talks representatives on many occasions, but also blowing up the home of He Siyuan, the former mayor of Beiping, the main and representative of the main peace faction, and doing his utmost to interfere with the peace talks process.
It is true that there is also a station chief above the "commissioner", and everything is done by order, but if you understand the historical prototype of the "commissioner", you know that this person is not so simple. At that time, the secret agent of the Beiping Station of the Secrecy Bureau who carried out the sabotage and peace talks operation was called Gu Zhengwen, who was the head of the investigation and defense team of the Beiping Station, and the sabotage operations of the Beiping Station interpreted in "New World" were all from his hands.
Gu Zhengwen, whose real name is Guo Tongzhen, is a native of Fenyang, Shanxi. At the beginning of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Gu Zhengwen secretly joined our underground organization, and served as secretary of the Peking Student Movement Committee and captain of the reconnaissance brigade of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army.
After the victory of the War of Resistance, Gu Zhengwen considered his unforgivable black history and spared no effort to fight for the launchers. In the winter of 1946, Gu Zhengwen discovered a radio station of our Beiping underground organization, resulting in the arrest of Xie Shiyan (my underground party member) and others hidden inside the reactionaries, as well as 2 lieutenant generals and 17 major generals such as Yu Xinqing, a progressive general of the Nationalist army, causing great harm to our underground organization.
During the Peking Peace Talks, in addition to constantly provoking incidents to sabotage the peace talks, Gu Zhengwen also planned to kidnap Fu Zuoyi and escort Fu Zuoyi back to Nanjing to be dealt with for the crime of collaborating with the enemy, so as to warn other nationalist generals who were hesitant. However, the kidnapping plan was ultimately not agreed to by Nanjing. On the eve of the peaceful liberation of Peiping, when the reactionaries such as "Tie Lin and Shen Shichang" were eliminated one by one, Gu Zhengwen escaped from Beiping safely and rushed to Taiwan.
However, the fiasco of the reactionaries on the mainland did not sober Gu Zhengwen. After fleeing From Taiwan, he continued to intensify his reactionary actions and did four things that could not be condemned.
First, in late October 1949, together with Ye Xiangzhi, who was also an agent of the Secrecy Bureau, assassinated Yang Jie, an elder of the Nationalist army who mobilized the Luhan Uprising, in Hong Kong; second, he presided over the printing of a large number of counterfeit currency in Taiwan, which was then smuggled to the mainland and Hong Kong through fishing boats, disrupting the currency market of New China to a certain extent; third, he presided over the training of a large number of spies and constantly infiltrated the mainland; fourth, he participated in the planning of the "Kashmir Princess" incident that shocked the world and blew up the special plane of New China flying to Bandung, Indonesia, to attend the conference. All 8 Chinese personnel and 3 foreigners on board were killed.
Too many bad things are done, and it is natural to be weak-minded. According to the dry daughter who served Gu Zhengwen in his later years, "On strange occasions, anyone who asked him to drink tea, even if it was a mouthful, he did not drink." Gu Zhengwen was suspicious to the extreme, which eventually led to the rebellion of the people, and his children left him one by one.
In early 2007, the lonely Gu Zhengwen died in Taipei Hospital, ending a life of sin.
