For this case, Tesla responded that "it will not interfere with the judge's handling of the case through public opinion", and said, "We will actively respond to the lawsuit, respect the judicial judgment, and do not want to interfere too much before this and mislead public opinion." ”

According to Ms. Zhang's lawyer, Fu Jian, the litigation request mainly includes requiring Tesla to stop the reputation infringement and eliminate the impact, apologize in writing and publish an apology announcement in the national media.

A written apology letter to the plaintiff was published on the official Weibo (Weibo was at the top for 30 consecutive days), and the claim for moral damages was 50,000 yuan.

In addition, because Ms. Zhang has not yet obtained all the information of the driving record, she first filed a claim for reputation infringement, and Ms. Zhang also hoped to obtain the complete driving data at the time of the accident.

However, Tesla believes that Ms. Zhang has infringed Tesla's right to reputation, and demands that Ms. Zhang apologize and compensate 5 million yuan for the loss of reputation rights.
