(1) Preparation before the oven:

1) Confirm that the boiler and its water treatment, cold water, sewage, coal transportation, slag removal, air supply, dust removal, lighting, circulating cooling water and other equipment systems are installed and operating normally.

2) The furnace lining and insulation layer masonry are completed, and the wind pressure test of the relevant system is normal.

3) Electrical, instrumentation, etc. installation is completed and debugging is normal.

4) The expansion indicator on the boiler and the box is installed and has been adjusted to 0 position in the cold water state.

5) The furnace wall temperature measurement point and mortar sampling point are arranged, and the valves of the pipeline, flue, air duct and their baffles should be marked with flow direction, opening direction and opening instructions.

(2) When ovening, it should be cured and dried according to the construction instructions provided by the refractory manufacturer.

(3) The oven should not be directly baked by the fire at the beginning, the first two days should be baked with wood combustion, and the third day can be appropriately coaled, and the flue air gate should be controlled at 1/6 to 1/3 of the opening, and the flame should be arranged in the center of the combustion bed.

(4) The outside of the furnace wall should be appropriately left with moisture discharge holes to ensure the discharge of water vapor in the oven process.

(5) The oven heating process should be slow and stable, and the furnace wall should be checked many times to prevent defects such as cracks and convex deformation.

(6) After the oven is completed, the oven details process will be recorded and archived.

2. Circulating fluidized bed cooking furnace process:

(1) The cooking furnace is mainly to remove oil and grease inside the boiler, and the cleaning medium is trisodium phosphate.

(2) The boiler water supply shall comply with the provisions of high-pressure water quality in the "Water Vapor Quality Standards for Thermal Generating Units and Steam Power Equipment".

(3) The oven and the boiling furnace can be carried out synchronously, the addition of cleaning agents in the cooking furnace should control the concentration, the main water supply system must be opened before the injection of chemicals, and the injection should be completed before the water level of the pot barrel reaches the requirements, so that the chemicals in the boiler water supply pipeline can be flushed clean in the final stage of the boiler water injection cycle.

(4) The lowest position that the water supply to the water level meter can display.

(5) When the water supply reaches the required water level of the boiler, all the other pot valves should be closed except for the instrument connection valve and the exhaust valve.

(6) The amount of dosing at the beginning of the cooking furnace should be added according to the recommended dose of the boiler plant.

(7) If there is no trisodium phosphate, it can be replaced by disodium phosphate without anhydrous water.

(8) After the drug is added to the boiler after the solution is added, the preparation and addition process should be carefully operated to prevent the solution from splashing and burning the skin, and the operation should wear protective glasses, gloves, etc., and do a good job of safety protection measures.

(9) Cooking furnace steps:

1) Turn on the induced fan and the blower.

2) Follow the start-up process to purge the boiler.

3) Set enough air volume to the combustion air baffle to the burner under the bed.

4) When the oil igniter under the bed is running stably under low load, the amount of combustion can be increased according to the appropriate amount to increase the pressure.

5) In order to avoid excessive thermal stress on the pot barrel, the wall temperature difference between the top and bottom of the pot barrel is controlled within 50 °C during the normal operation of the boiler.

6) When the boiler pressure is 0.1 MPa, shut down the boiler exhaust valve.

7) The under-bed oil burner continues to burn until the furnace pressure reaches the required pressure value.

8) Ensure that the water supply pump should have the ability to supply water to the boiler at any time during the operation of the boiler.

9) Intermittently run the under-bed oil burner to maintain the pot barrel cooking furnace pressure for at least 8 hours.

10) Raise the water level to about 51mm from the top of the two-color water level gauge.

11) When both the high water level and the pressure of the pot cooker are reached, turn off the oil igniter under the bed.

12) After stopping the igniter, start the sewage operation, open the boiler sewage valve, the water cooling wall under the container trap, the valve switch should be in accordance with the order of opening and closing the valve near the boiler, the second valve on the pipeline is used to control the flow, and the sewage discharge time is about 10 seconds.

13) Check and record the chemical concentrations in the sampling of pot and barrel furnace water.

14) When the water level of the pot barrel drops to within 51mm from the top of the two-color water level meter, the pot barrel is replenished and the oil igniter under the bed is ignited to maintain the cooking pressure of the pot barrel.

15) Repeat steps 12 and 13 at least every 4 hours for 24 hours until no oil traces appear in the furnace water sampling, and follow step 14 if water is needed.

16) After the end of the cooking furnace, the water is changed and rinsed, and the valve that has been in contact with the liquid medicine is cleaned, the sediment in the pot barrel and the collection box is removed, and the sewage valve is not blocked, and the inner wall of the pot barrel and the container is free of adhesion oil pollution.
