
Dry sautéed crispy fried small ribs
Ingredients: small ribs Accessories: onion Green and red pepper Onion Ginger Garlic Cumin millet spicy egg flour corn starch baking powder seasoning: cooking wine salt sugar pepper sesame oil Pepper oil Chili oil
1) Blanch the pork ribs in water, add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, garlic, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, blanch for 10 minutes and set aside.
