During the study process, the students visited the Wine Culture and Art Museum, the Organic Wine Grape Demonstration Garden, and the Oak Barrel Cellar. The staff of Oldman Winery introduced the origin, development, brewing principle and brewing process of wine in detail to the students, and the students not only deepened their understanding of classroom knowledge, but also felt the change of biological knowledge on productivity.

The students learned the growth habits of yeast, lactic acid bacteria and acetate bacteria, as well as the role they play in wine fermentation engineering, and cultivated students' interest in exploring the microscopic world.
