Sanming, Fujian, September 8 (Zheng Zongqi) Recently, the 2021 Second Fujian-Taiwan Tea Cultural Exchange Activity - Datian "Beauty Tea" special session was held in Daxianfeng Beauty Tea Base in Datian County, Sanming City, Fujian Province.

According to reports, Daejeon has a long history of tea cultivation, dating back to the second year of Longxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1164). Datian cultivation of high mountain tea began with the monks of DaxianFeng Chongshengyan Temple to grow tea, after several generations of tea people unremitting inheritance and cultivation, Datian County tea planting area now reaches 100,000 mu, a total of 1310 tea processing plants, the annual processing of mao tea 13,700 tons, the whole industry chain output value of 3.5 billion yuan. Among the many tea types in Daejeon, "Jiangshan Beauty Tea" is particularly well-known.

Daejeon is known as the "China Alpine Selenium Valley", where there are 175 peaks above 1,000 meters above sea level, and the peaks are stacked with greenery, and the high mountain clouds produce good tea.

Datian County is similar in latitude and longitude to Gaoshan District, Taiwan. More than 20 years ago, the Taiwan-funded tea company DafangGuang Tea Industry Company introduced "Oriental Beauty" to Neiyang Village in Pingshan Township, so that this unique "Taiwanese flavor" has since perfumed the mainland, and has a name that echoes "Oriental Beauty".

At the event site, Lin Zhixue, a tea master from Taiwan, shared his tea garden management experience and tea making technology. Taiwanese tea industry marketing master Xu Liangji put forward new ideas for the tea marketing of beauty tea. They said that the tea industry and tea culture in Fujian and Taiwan are in the same vein, and they should jointly explore the development path of the tea industry in Fujian and Taiwan, especially in the three aspects of "tea culture, tea industry, and tea technology", and further deepen cooperation.

As the core production area of Datian Beauty Tea, Lin Changchang, secretary of the Party Committee of Pingshan Township, also said that through the development of this exchange activity, it will further excavate the cultural resources of Fujian-Taiwan tea, give full play to the advantages of the same root and the same origin and complementary resources, strengthen the in-depth cooperation between the cultural industry of Fujian-Taiwan tea, drive cross-strait economic exchanges, and help rural revitalization.
