According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on March 10, 2021, the European Commission issued Regulation No. 2021/807, which approves the use of the active substance potassium sorbate and amends Annex I of the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 528/2012.
It is understood that the approved use period is until February 1, 2023.
