Nanyuan Village Industrial Zone shoulders the maintenance and repair tasks of 46 kilometers of up and down lines and 8 sets of turnouts for Beijing baoke, and every day the trains are like bullets speeding back and forth on it, turning into a series of white lines. Behind this, the high-speed train will infinitely enlarge any flaw on the line, resulting in irreparable losses, so every geometry of the Beijing-Baoke special rail equipment has a strict error standard. Equipment repair work requires great precision, like embroidery on a steel rail.

"Our line gauge is 0 to 0.5 mm, and a line is drawn on paper with a neutral pen of 0.5, and the width of the line is 0.5 mm." Speaking of the maintenance standards of the Beijing Baoke Specialty, Zhao Xiudong, the foreman of the Nanyuan Village Work District, described it this way.

In order to better ensure safety, the employees in the work area are practicing the saying "there is a way to face the problem". The method is a strict set of operating procedures and standards. Before each operation, the foreman and two squad leaders will determine the operation location based on the locomotive alarm data and the track inspection drawings. Then use a "sunroof operation" to use the zero-pole rail inspection trolley to investigate the workload in detail, laying a good foundation for follow-up work.

"There are 1677 sleepers on the 1 km line, and each of us is numbered. The so-called detail is that we have to accurately investigate the amount of work of each sleeper. Captain Sun GaoLin said.

After the detailed investigation of the workload, the work area will carefully formulate the operation plan according to the results of the investigation, and the employees will use the second skylight to operate on the road, combined with the renovation plan, one sleeper and one sleeper fine rectification. After the rectification is completed, they also have to use the zero pole rail inspection trolley to check the operation section just now to ensure that the standard is met and not bad at all, and this time the operation is completely completed.

At the same time, in order to minimize the impact on driving, midnight, when the whole city is in a deep sleep, is the time for workers to start working. When the moon rises, the workers set off from their homes to the work area, fell asleep when they arrived home in the early morning, and woke up with the sun waving and saying goodbye to people. The perennial day and night are reversed, disrupting everyone's biological clock, and it is the consensus of employees that they cannot sleep at night and sleep badly during the day. Even on the rest day when they do not go to work, due to long-term habits, employees rarely sleep peacefully before two o'clock in the evening, and during the day they still have to take care of their families and participate in activities with black circles, so the holidays on duty in the work area have become "hot work"...

Every day when the sun leaves work and the moon goes to work, the employees will appear on the line on time and continue their 0.5 mm battle to ensure that the "bullet"-like train runs to the distance.
