Red Net Moment, December 22 (Correspondent Pan Zhenghui) Recently, the Hunan Provincial Traditional Knowledge Project Inspection and Evaluation Expert Group conducted an on-site inspection of the two traditional technologies of Zhang's orthopedic fascia release hammer and Zhang's orthopedic fasciolysis needle of Yueyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and made a conclusion that it passed the review. Lai Lianke, head of traditional Chinese medicine work of Yueyang Municipal Health Commission, Li Wei, president of Yueyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and Chen Yahong, vice president of Yueyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, accompanied him to participate in the on-site inspection and review.

Under the leadership of Tian Xuefei, director of the Science and Technology Department of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lu Min, academic leader and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xu Wuji, doctor of medicine and director of the Spine Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tan Liming, chief physician of Changsha Fourth Hospital, and other 5 experts, in strict accordance with the selection requirements of the national traditional knowledge project of traditional Chinese medicine, took the methods of listening to reports, watching practical exercises, replying and interviewing, and inspected Zhang's orthopedic inheritance studio and showroom on the spot. Eight patients were interviewed in the Department of Classical TCM and a number of permanent residents were randomly interviewed outside the hospital. It focused on the basic situation, application specifications, characteristic values, clinical effectiveness, and inheritance of supporting materials of the project.

The expert group unanimously agreed that the two projects of Zhang's orthopedic fascial release hammer and Zhang's orthopedic fasciolysis needle as two characteristic technologies of Zhang's orthopedic school, the first special special skill of Hunan Province, with distinct characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, the efficacy is accurate; the inheritance context is clear, the supporting materials and case data are complete, and the application is more standardized; it responds well among patients and local residents, has a relatively wide impact, and has the inheritance and vitality of traditional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, which is worth further promotion and application. The project was selected for inclusion in the National Traditional Knowledge Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Project Database. At the same time, it also puts forward the guidance of further enriching academic thinking, improving clinical application norms, highlighting their own characteristics, and increasing promotion, publicity and application.
