There are many clubs associated with Alvarez, including: Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Leeds, Newcastle, AC Milan, Fiorentina and Inter Milan. Barcelona represent an interesting option as they desperately need fire reinforcements and they may try to chase Alvarez as he will be a cheaper option than other reported targets. However, reports from Italy suggest that Alvarez's agent was found to have engaged in conversations with AC Milan and Inter Milan, although no agreement was reached at the time.
