Sui Yongqing, also known as Song Qi, daughter of Sui Xuefang, Song Qingling's secretary, was born in Moscow on December 18, 1957. In 1969, he joined the army and became a dance artist in the Song and Dance Troupe of the General Political Affairs Cultural and Labor Troupe, and later changed his career to a drama artist in the Beijing Film Studio Theater due to injury, and starred in many film and television works. Sui Yongqing is the daughter of Sui Xuefang, the commander of Song Qingling's guards, and soon after her and her little sister Sui Yongjie were born, her father was paralyzed due to illness, and he was successively taken to the home by Song Qingling to be raised, and they were regarded as their daughters.
Sui Yongqing has always been very close to Song Qingling, affectionately calling Song Qingling "Mother's Wife". Song Qingling often tells her stories and takes good care of her life. Although Soong Ching Ling did not leave a biological child with Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Soong Ching Ling always treated her secretary's daughter as if she were her own, and Xiao Yongqing also brought a lot of happiness to Soong Ching Ling, which was also a great comfort for Soong Ching Ling in his later years.
Song Qingling loved the Sui sisters as if they were his own flesh and blood, not only allowing the sisters to receive a full range of education, but also often taking the sisters to attend foreign affairs activities.
