The new Apple Maps update brings customized 3D landmarks to Philadelphia. In September, Apple announced that Apple Maps would get a new feature - adding 3D navigation and exploration capabilities. The first cities to receive the feature include London, Los Angeles, New York and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Now, Philadelphia is also its turn, as Apple points out on the Feature Availability page of Apple Maps. Users there can now view Philadelphia's new 3D model on their iPhone, iPad or Mac. Landmarks include the Fisher Museum of Fine Arts, Station 30th Street, One Liberty Square, Philadelphia City Hall, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Apple has been working hard to improve Maps as it begins rolling out new features to major cities around the world. On December 10, Apple introduced updates for Australia, adding new features – such as look around and sharing ETA – and improving existing navigation features.
