Water control is a long-term systematic project, which requires long-term efforts and step-by-step operations. "In the process of water control, we make full use of the electronic river patrol system to achieve three river patrols at the town level and four times a month at the village level to ensure that there is no omission in the supervision of the river in the jurisdiction, leave no dead ends in water control, and promote the long-term effectiveness of water control."
