Li Zhiyi shows this obsession very vividly in "Bu Operator":
I live at the head of the Yangtze River, and I live at the end of the Yangtze River. Thinking about the jun every day, he did not see the jun, and drank the water of the Yangtze River together.
When will this water rest, and when will this hatred be over? May the king's heart be like my heart, and will not fail and miss each other.

Drink together
From "I live at the head of the Yangtze River, the king lives at the end of the Yangtze River", it is not difficult to find two points:
One is that I have a very close relationship with Jun, and from the following, it can be seen that they are lovers.
The second is that I am not with Jun, and there is a long distance between them.
It is precisely because of these two points that I have a deep thought between me and Jun.
Of course, thoughts do not necessarily happen between lovers, parents and children, friends and friends... There will also be feelings of longing.
But as a representative emotion, when it comes to thoughts, it is more natural and more likely to appear between lovers.
So why mention "I" first, and say that I live at the head of the Yangtze River?
There are at least two reasons.
First of all, as the subject of thoughts, "I" strongly feel this emotion, words are the voice of the heart, and poetry is the manifestation of feelings, so it is naturally expressed in the composition of words.
Secondly, the head of the Yangtze River, as the birthplace of the Yangtze River, the rolling river water flows out from here, gathers many waters, and eventually becomes a big river, just like the longing feelings sent in the heart of the protagonist of the word, churning and rushing, more and more massive.
From the beginning of the Yangtze River to the end of the Yangtze River, the distance between them is not far.
From the beginning of the Yangtze River to the end of the Yangtze River, the road traveled by the river is not long.
Therefore, thinking about the king day by day and not seeing the king is a perfectly normal result.
Missing is one thing, but crossing a long distance is another.
But it is not until the last sentence that the author turns sharply, so that people understand the thousands of gulfs between his chests:
Drink the water of the Yangtze River together.
This is really a stroke of God --
Even if there are thousands of rivers and mountains between me and Jun, then what is the relationship, I and Jun, after all, drink the water of the Same Yangtze River.
The river will not be cut off, and the thoughts will not be broken.
Naturally, the connection between me and Jun will not be severed.

Just wish
If you only look at the upper part of "Bu Operator", it is easy to get a subjective impression:
The work expresses the deep affection between "I" and "Jun".
But after the change of film, this interpretation may face some challenges.
When will this water rest, and when will this hatred be over?
If the emphasis of the work is on the deep affection between "I" and "Jun", then why does the protagonist have to issue such a soul torture?
Or, it's not like a problem, but more of an exclamation —
Water, water, when will you stop flowing? My regrets, my regrets, when will you stop?
It is not difficult to imagine that when the water of the Yangtze River stops flowing, that is, when the "I" lovesickness stops.
According to normal circumstances, the water of the Yangtze River will certainly not stop flowing, so my lovesickness will naturally not stop.
But this is certainly not the only interpretation.
From "When is this water resting and when is this hatred gone", it can be read that there is also a wisp of sadness in the heart when the protagonist and his sweetheart are looking at each other from afar.
It was the trepidation that had been caused by thinking of the king for a long time and not being able to see the king.
Only people who are deeply trapped in the feeling of longing and have not been able to get a response from the other party can understand the fear -
"I" miss "Jun" so much, love "Jun", and "Jun" treats "me" so much?
This is something that "I" can't be sure of, and it's also something that "I" have a vague uneasiness in my heart when I think about it, in the face of such uncertainty, in the face of such uneasiness, "I" actually can't do anything, I can only sincerely wish -
May the king's heart be like my heart, and it will not fail and miss each other.
