According to the event, the New Year's Incubation Month activities are divided into four sections, in addition to the opening activities on December 17, Peiyuan's second birthday party, there are 4 incubation and polishing activities, 2 drama sharing activities and 3 drama incubation version public welfare performance activities. From December 17, 2021 to January 18, 2022, Peiyuan's incubated original plays "Finland", "Glaciers Can't All Melt on the Day of Doomsday", "William and Me", "Journey", "Fuehrer's Joke", and "Three Water Gunners" will meet the audience online or offline.

It is reported that the Peiyuan Youth Theater Talent Training and Incubation Platform was initiated and created by Beijing Culture and Art Fund, and researched, planned and operated by Kuanyou (Beijing) Cultural Exchange Co., Ltd. The establishment of the platform aims to face the development problems of script shortage and talent shortage, focusing on script creation and polishing. As of the end of December 2021, there are 911 real-name registered screenwriters on the Peiyuan platform, covering more than 200 cities, 1225 original scripts, more than 150 real-name certified production institutions, and nearly 300 cooperative experts in the Peiyuan expert review database.
At the offline event on December 17, The organizer of the Peiyuan platform, Kuanyou Culture, said that since the launch of the first phase of the solicitation on December 17, 2019, Peiyuan has gone through two years. Compared with the first phase, Peiyuan Phase II has long-term and repeated incubation works. For example, Peiyuan's first-phase script "Glaciers Can't All Melt on the Day of the End" will be premiered at the end of 2021 after a year and a half of polishing; the second phase of "Three Water Gunners" will also usher in an incubation version at the end of the year after the fragment display of the drama production management talent training class and the expert seminar. Peiyuan Platform has also reached cooperation with the National Centre for the Performing Arts, Tiantongyuan Culture and Art Center, Suzhou Cultural Industry Management and Operation Co., Ltd., etc.

The representative of the producer of "Glaciers Can't All Melt on the Day of Doomsday" experienced a series of incubation activities such as script reading, 12-hour director workshop, expert seminar and so on, and said that the new cooperation mechanism and selection mechanism will bring new possibilities to the theater field. It is understood that "Glaciers Can't All Melt on the Day of the End" is the original work of Ma Haibo, a graduate student of Xiamen University, and this drama focuses on exploring the mentality of modern people - mutation and estrangement. The four couples with delicate human connections in the story are all plagued by non-problematic questions that are like rifts in a glacier that tear apart their respective intimate relationships.
Summarizing the work of the past two years, Peiyuan said: In the future, we will continue to focus on excavating topics and screenwriting talents, and creating classic works. In the future, the Peiyuan platform will also gradually land special type repertoire incubation bases in Suzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu and other places according to the development differences of various regions in the country.
