On December 17th, the 20th China International Exhibition on Internal Combustion Engines and Parts opened in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. Weichai Power, Yuchai Machinery, Yunnei Power, Hunan Daoitz and a number of well-known domestic internal combustion engine engine manufacturers participated in the exhibition with the latest products to comprehensively display related technologies, products and services.
At this exhibition, Hunan Daoitz Power Co., Ltd. exhibited its self-developed hydrogen fuel engine. Compared with the current hot hydrogen fuel cell, the engine has a low cost of use, requires low purity for hydrogen fuel, and achieves zero emissions. "At present, the product is undergoing performance experiments, and it is expected to be mass-produced in 2023." Li Hao, director of marketing services at Hunan Daoyitz Power Co., Ltd., said that this year, the company's diesel engine sales are expected to reach 25,000 units, which have been installed and used in Sany Heavy Industry's products. Next year, the company's new production line will achieve an annual production capacity of 300,000 diesel engines. At the same time, the company will build and launch three new diesel engines next year, all of which can achieve thermal efficiency of more than 48%, less fuel consumption, improve effective power, and further reduce emissions.
The main products of the internal combustion engine independently developed and manufactured at the exhibition have attracted attention.
Under the background of the "double carbon" goal, doing a good job in energy conservation and carbon reduction is a mandatory question that the internal combustion engine industry must face. Weichai Power, Quanchai Power, Yunnei Power, Jiefang Power and other well-known enterprises unveiled a number of China VI emissions of internal combustion engine main products at the exhibition. At the same time, the ultra-low emission, hybrid products and technologies were displayed on the spot, which made people shine.
Xing Min, executive vice president and secretary general of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, introduced that during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period, China's domestic combustion engine technology in the fields of highly reinforced machine technology, high-performance key component technology, advanced combustion technology and other aspects of new technologies and methods, as well as natural gas, alcohol fuel and other aspects of the efficient use of multiple energy sources, there is still room for further improvement of efficiency and emissions, especially to improve the thermal efficiency of internal combustion engines, reduce fuel consumption, and meet the increasingly stringent fuel consumption and carbon dioxide regulations. It is the primary goal of the development of internal combustion engine technology.
As a vane of the internal combustion engine industry, the 7th National Congress of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and the "2021 China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Future Development Forum" will be held during the exhibition, and well-known academicians, experts and industry experts will gather to discuss the future development direction of the internal combustion engine industry under the background of the double carbon target.
