Juventus officially announced that 91.75% of the club's capital increase plan has been subscribed, with a total amount of about 366.9 million euros.
Juve announced this summer that the club's board of directors approved a capital increase of 400 million euros. At the same time, the club's majority shareholder EXOR.N.V expressed its support for the plan to participate in the future capital increase in proportion to the current profits.
According to the official announcement, as of the end of the subscription period, 91.75% of the capital increase has been subscribed, with a total amount of about 366.9 million euros.
As for the remaining unexercised options, they will be open for subscription on the stock exchange from 20 December 2021
