The 15th of every month is the Convenience Action Day of the Red Property Public Welfare Alliance in Huashan Residential Area. Every day, Shen Apo, a volunteer in the community, will come to the community's good neighborly point early - the hall on the ground floor of the Lilac Building, arrange the chairs, and wait for the elderly partners in the community to get a haircut. While the barber was serving the elderly, Shen Apo was on the side to do registration and guidance and cleaning work. In fact, Shen Apo is also more than 80 years old, but she is very healthy. When she first saw that the residential area had this heart-warming convenience service, she was very enthusiastic to participate in it, thinking that she could do more for the community.

In recent years, through the integration of resources, Jiangsu Road Street has explored the formation of a red property party building alliance operation model of "total support platform, property participation, and group delivery service". In 2021, under the overall planning of the street, this convenience service in Huashan Residential Area was also officially upgraded to the "Red Property Public Welfare Alliance Convenience Action Day", and more than 10 community units, including three community properties such as Lilac Building Property, Furui Property and Light Industry Property, brought residents free oral examination, psychological consultation, legal counseling, mobile terminal use consultation and maintenance services, and the activities were also concentrated on the 15th of each month.
Resident Min Laobo said that the convenience action day is a good measure to respect the elderly, not only convenient for the elderly to get a haircut nearby, but also many public welfare services, the party general branch and the property company want to be very thoughtful, send services to the door.
In addition to the many community units, the Convenience Action Day also attracted the participation of many enthusiastic residents. It is worth mentioning that Aunt Dong, the daughter-in-law of Grandma Shen, was infected by the mother-in-law's charity and actively joined the ranks, she played her own strengths, opened a loving sewing service, and also brought the dowry with herself for 36 years - the sewing machine, to the neighborhood committee, and took it out to help the neighbors sew clothes during the monthly activities.
