On the morning of December 10, Liu Mou, the owner of a hamburger shop in Longshan Town, Yongkang City, went to the store as usual to open the door, but found that the cash register in the store was destroyed and the money inside was missing, so he hurried to call the police. After counting, a mobile phone and 500 yuan of cash were lost in the store, plus the damaged cash register, and Liu lost a total of about 1100 yuan of property.
After receiving the alarm, Ying Fangchao, the police officer on duty at the Yongsan police station, immediately launched an investigation, and found through the surveillance video of the location of the incident that at about 3 a.m. on the same day, a suspicious man wearing a duck-tongue hat appeared outside the door of the hamburger shop.
