Die casting craftsman
1. Responsible for the mass production process plan and method formulation of various types of die-casting parts, and the preparation of various process documents, work instructions and various record tables;
2. Responsible for the process quality control and inspection of each process of the production process of various die castings, inspect and assess the implementation of the production process of each process, and check the quality of each process product;
3. Responsible for mass production of molds, tooling management and related technical work;
4. Responsible for the handling of various quality abnormalities in the production site, responsible for the tracking and solving of various technical quality problems, responsible for organizing and formulating measures and countermeasures for quality improvement and tracking effects, and continuously improving the pass rate of products;
5. Responsible for assisting the product development department in the process of process debugging and mold trial in the process of new product trial production;
6. Collection, collation and archiving of various types of process, tooling and mold data.
Additional Notes:
1. Graduated from college or above in casting, or major in machinery;
2. Engaged in die casting industry for more than 5 years and has rich knowledge of die casting;
3. Understand TS16949/ISO14001 quality management system;
4. Skillfully adjust the die-casting equipment, molds and process parameters, and master the solutions to various die-casting defects;
5. Engaged in die casting process technology for more than 1 year.
Process Engineer
1. Responsible for the design and simulation verification of die casting scheme of new products;
2. Assist in the technical review and technical management of new suppliers;
3. Responsible for technical support for project tooling and equipment;
4. Assist in solving technical problems in the mass production process;
5. Responsible for the design of product casting process scheme and the issuance of process scheme report;
6. Support the project manager in the formulation of process plans and the formulation of FEMA production in new product quotations;
7. Responsible for doE experiment of die casting process of new products;
8. Responsible for the preparation of product-related content in APQP files;
9. Responsible for the design and improvement of on-site class II tooling;
10. Responsible for the selection and technical review of raw materials and production accessories of products;
11. Responsible for the formulation and modification of process parameters in the production of new products and lines.
1. College degree or above, major in casting related;
2. Familiar with all the requirements of ISO14001, familiar with all the requirements of TS16949, proficient in the application of the five major reference books;
3. Familiar with die casting process and tooling design;
4. Be able to accurately and timely solve the problems generated in the mold trial, and understand the debugging of die-casting process;
5. Familiar with the application of UG software, Autocad and CAXA and other software use;
6. Familiar with MAGMA software and simulation result review;
7. Can read and write English drawings, can read and write basic English documents and reports;
8. Requires 2 years or more of work experience in die casting enterprises.
