Tianjin Jizhou National Ice Project Training Base, originally a national comprehensive sports training base, after being transformed into an ice sports venue, can provide ice hockey, curling, short track, roller skating, figure skating and other sports preparation training and competition.
At the end of last year, the first phase of the project was completed, which can provide 4 standard ice hockey rinks, 4 standard curling tracks, and goalkeeper training grounds. The second phase of the project is a two-story avenue speed skating hall with an ice surface on the second floor, and large-scale training can be carried out in winter and summer. It will prepare for the national team of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, provide training venues and guarantees. After the venues are officially put into use, while meeting the training needs of professional ice and snow athletes, they will gradually provide sports and fitness venues for residents in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
