According to the ESRB official website, Final Fantasy Origins: Strangers in Paradise has passed the ESRB rating of M (Mature 17+), which is one of the few mature level games in the Final Fantasy series, and most of the Final Fantasy series games are T-rated (Teen 13+).

Rating Summary: This is a role-playing action game in which players follow Jack and his companions on an adventure to restore balance to the world. Players explore a fantasy world, complete missions, and engage in melee-style battles with humans and creatures such as dragons, demons, and skeletons. Players use swords, axes, and magic to defeat enemies; battles are sometimes frantic, accompanied by cries of pain, flash effects, and massive splashes of blood.
Final Fantasy Origins: Strangers in Paradise isn't the first Game in the Final Fantasy series to be rated M, Final Fantasy Zero is the first M-class game in the series, with darker themes than the rest of the series. It is also worth mentioning that according to a report last year, Final Fantasy XI6 was rated PEGI 18 in Europe, which is also a mature rating.
Final Fantasy Origins: Strangers in Paradise will land on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and Epic on March 18, 2022.
