The ideal dietary life of modern people

Born in nature, returned to nature, human beings are part of nature. Therefore, the best food for man should be close to nature

Human beings on the earth, due to different geographical environments and natural conditions, eat different foods. In the early 20th century, most physiologists believed that as long as there was enough protein and calories, there was no problem with what kind of food humans ate. Until modern times, many nutrients necessary for maintaining health and prolonging life have gradually been recognized and valued by human beings With the growth of the world's population, the tide of industrialization and the rapid development of the economy, the dietary patterns of modern people have undergone great changes in the past, and the diseases caused by hunger and malnutrition are the main causes of death; Today, diseases caused by overnutrition, various psychological stresses, unbalanced eating habits, and lack of exercise have become the leading causes of death.

Medical studies have shown that away from blood pressure diseases, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, cholelithiasis, constipation, various allergies, cancer and other diseases, as long as a reasonable diet and appropriate exercise can be prevented, the treatment plan should also be reasonably constructed by medical, nursing, dietary therapy and other multi-angle, multi-level therapy.

Human physique not only depends on innate factors, many acquired factors also play a very important role in human physique. How to consume food and what kind of food to eat is a very important acquired factor.

Modern foods seem to be very nutritious, in fact, these foods contain too much animal saturated fat cholesterol, sugar and other components, and cancer, heart disease, diabetes and other diseases and obesity are closely related.

Studies on the causes of cancer have shown that the role of food has become a point of contention. Cancer incidence varies between ethnic groups, but large differences in cancer incidence among immigrant populations before and after migration indicate that cancer incidence is not fixed.

It is because of the role of factors such as the environment and diet that have changed. A study on "Nutrition and Cancer" published by the National Academy of Sciences also states that food types and their ingredients can increase or reduce the incidence of cancer. While it is difficult to quantitatively assess the effects of food on cancer, an article published by Gory et al. argues that 40% of cancers in men and women

60% of cancers are caused by food Higginson (Higginson and Bailar have published similar studies

Of course, the relationship between symptoms and food needs to be studied more extensively in order to make a more accurate evaluation

The ever-changing social structure, various public hazards and environmental pollution, the improvement of living standards and other factors have led to rapid changes in lifestyles, and this change has brought about major changes in dietary patterns. Cancer, known as modern diseases, and diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and diabetes can be regarded as "foodborne diseases" caused by such major changes in dietary patterns.

In developed countries, extensive studies of food have shown that the incidence of modern diseases in areas of longevity and in religious groups whose daily diet is predominantly plant-based, has a low or almost zero incidence. Influenced by this fact and research results, plant-based food-based diets are on the rise around the world.

I have a keen interest in preventing and reducing foodborne diseases through a variety of raw food methods and have been researching the scientific basis for exploring raw foods for many years. Through research, I found that raw food is obviously superior to cooked food in many aspects, and the birth food is a diet that is recommended to modern people, and the rational use of raw food can develop into an ideal for ordinary people

More importantly, the conclusion of eating style is that based on the idea that "prevention is better than cure, we can expect to improve dietary patterns through raw food and make a significant contribution to public health."

Today's way of eating has alienated people from nature and deprived food of its original function. There is an urgent need to replace the disease-inducing poor diet with a natural diet that can prevent and cure diseases. Vegetarian food, raw food instead of meat, cooked food will facilitate a healthy and peaceful life.

A healthy body and mind, a vibrant life, is everyone's greatest expectation in life. To this end, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Huang Shengzhou, who practices benevolence, and I hope that this book will help build a loving, fertile, and healthy society
