Under the overall arrangement of the political and legal committee of the county party committee, the county civil affairs bureau, the education and sports bureau, the Yangying township government, and the court discussed the issue of raising and caring for children during Tao's sentence. After research, it was decided that Tao's son would be arranged to attend a boarding school, and a relative of Tao would be designated as a guardian, and Yang Yingxiang and the Civil Affairs Bureau would give certain living expenses and education expenses until Tao was released from prison in order to ensure that his son lived and studied normally. Tao mou said that he was very satisfied with the result, voluntarily went to the court to request prison enforcement, and was willing to reform well in prison, and he was taken in by the court for execution in December.
Judicial adjudication must not only give play to the function of punishing evil and promoting good, but also organically unify with social effects in order to safeguard social fairness and justice. The life of the judiciary also lies not only in the rigidity of the law, but also in its humanity.
