After investigation, at noon on October 20, 2021, the party Guangzhou Pin Niu Ge Catering Service Co., Ltd. provided catering services to Chen mou and four other customers at its business premises, including Jipu fish stew radish soup, pork pot, golden ancient fish, etc. Among them, the chicken pu fish stew radish silk soup uses live pufferfish as raw material, which is slaughtered by the employees of the parties and processed. After eating the above dishes, Chen Mou and 4 other people developed physical discomfort, and after investigation by the Guangzhou Panyu District Center for Disease Prevention and Prevention, it was initially determined that the discomfort symptoms belonged to food poisoning caused by eating pufferfish.
According to the Guangzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the parties' actions in operating pufferfish dishes that are expressly prohibited from being produced and traded by the state for special needs such as disease prevention have violated the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and the parties' illegal business behavior has caused harmful consequences of food poisoning.
