According to the Roma Sports newspaper, Roma defender Spinazzolla will make a comeback in early February next year, although the Italy international had hoped to make a comeback in November.
Spinazzolla performed well at this summer's European Championship, but in the quarter-final against Belgium, he suffered an injury with a torn Achilles tendon. Under the current circumstances, Spinazzolla has almost completed all of his physical rehabilitation and will travel to Finland early next month to meet with renowned surgeon Professor Lasse Lempainen. If Professor Lasse Lempainen gives Spinazzo the green light, then he can gradually start training for the team and slowly return to play.
For Roma, the situation will gradually become clearer in february next year, and head coach Jose Mourinho will hope that Spinazzola will help the team.
