Jilin Linglong 14.2 million tire intelligent production project, as the world's tire industry's first digital and intelligent industrial Internet platform, only took 20 months to achieve the first tire off the production line, fully reflecting the "Jilin speed". It is hoped that Jilin Linglong Tire Company will seize the opportunity of jilin revitalization, comprehensively deepen cooperation with FAW Group, take the opportunity of the first tire to start the mold off the production line, open up full horsepower, fully load production, fully release production capacity, push forward the construction of the second and third phase projects, and strive to achieve production and efficiency as soon as possible. It is understood that the total investment of the new project of Jilin Linglong Tire Company is about 5 billion yuan, and after completion, it can achieve an annual output of 12 million semi-steel radial tires, 2 million all-steel radial tires and 200,000 retreaded tires. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed and put into operation, which will provide supporting services for FAW-Volkswagen, Toyota, Jiefang, Besturn, Hongqi and other brand cars.
