Nowitzki: I don't think anybody can break Curry's record, and he changed the way he played basketball

Recently, NBA star Nowitzki talked about Curry's imminent breaking of Ray Allen's record and becoming the new all-time three-point king.

"I don't think anyone in the league right now can break Curry's record. In my opinion, his shooting style is incredible and very spectacular. In a way he changed the way basketball is played, he changed the shooting range and shooting choices of the younger generation, and we now see players shooting in midfield and shooting when they have space, which was never seen in my time when I first entered the league. He changed the way he played basketball, made it seem easy to play basketball, he was the best shooter I've ever seen, I think he's the best catch shooter, but his dribble shots are also great, and the latter is a valuable asset he gives to the basketball world, dribbling and shooting three points quickly. It's so much fun to watch him play, I said something happened before, once he was in hot shape in the playoffs, I was excited to watch in front of the TV, shouting to shoot, to throw, to throw. When he was past halftime I shouted for him to shoot, and it was so fun to watch him play. And everybody can support him because he's not particularly athletic and he's not very tall, and I think everybody can see something about themselves in him. He's also a very nice guy and you'd easily be able to support him. Nowitzki said.
