Recently, the "[Daoguang] Jining ZhiliZhou Chronicle" compiled by the Jining Municipal Party Committee Party History Research Institute (Jining Municipal Local History Research Institute) was published and distributed.
Jining Fangzhi culture has a long history, with 60 kinds of local old records and more than 700 volumes, accounting for about one-tenth of the existing old records in Shandong Province. Jining City launched the collation and publication project of the old zhi ancient books in 2017, and has completed the collation of all 6 old records with Jining as the administrative region, and plans to sort out and publish the "Jining Historical Records Integration (Simplified Version)" next year.
The "[Daoguang] Jining Zhili Zhou Zhizhi" totals more than 1 million words, and Liang Qichao, a famous scholar in modern times, believes that the zhi is "a famous chronicle of the Qing Dynasty and can be included in the forest of works". The publication and distribution of the journal is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for protecting Jining's precious historical and cultural resources, inheriting and carrying forward excellent traditional culture, strengthening the education of loving the motherland and loving the hometown, and serving the construction of a strong economic and cultural city.
