In recent years, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and other technical means have been increasingly applied to the radio and television industry, and the high-quality masterpieces born of the integration of technology and art have brought shock and touch to the public. The State Administration of Radio and Television recently issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Radio, Television and Online Audio-visual Science and Technology", which proposes to promote the production of virtual anchors and animation sign languages to be widely used in news broadcasts, weather forecasts, variety shows, science and education and other programs. Recently broadcast on Jiangsu Satellite TV, the domestic original animation image stage competition program "2060" has actively explored and tried to present the image of the future world around the television industry.

As the latest representative of the combination of high-tech and TV content, "2060" provides a platform for original designers of Chinese animation to show themselves and promote their works, and 26 groups of producers bring the virtual images they have created into the "Star Ring City", through a creative stage performance, showing the characteristics of the avatar and the story behind it, comprehensively popularizing the concept of the avatar to the audience, and showing the vigorous development of the domestic animation industry.

Compared with past TV shows, one of the biggest highlights of "2060" is the use of high-tech to bring immersive novelty experiences to the audience. The program projects the avatar on the scene through holographic technology, and under the all-round and high-precision motion capture of 50 Vicon V16 motion capture cameras, the audience can watch every action of the virtual character at close range. During the competition stage, the show adopts a full AR setting, and the audience can enter the magical virtual world by wearing VR glasses. The use of high technology enhances the richness of the scene and the shock of the audio-visual, and also gives the audience a stronger sense of participation.

At the same time, "2060" has achieved the deep integration of traditional culture and modern technology. The avatars in the program are all domestic original animation images, and in them you can see the adherence and innovation of Chinese animation producers to traditional culture. For example, the costume of "Infinite Girl" adopts Chinese red as a whole, the hat is the lion head of the lion dance, and the brush in the hand is inspired by "Ma Liang"; "Star Pupil" is the ambassador of Changsha Intangible Cultural Heritage Cultural Tourism, who has previously cooperated with Li Ning, the founder of the National Tide brand, and Yang Liping, a dance artist, and is a representative image of the cross-border integration of national dance and cultural creativity and fashion.

The virtual characters with different forms in the program not only show the excellent domestic original animation image and industry development results, but also present the growth line of character transformation and progress, projecting positive energy. As Wang Xi, the show's chief producer, said: "In recent years, the reason why avatars have become more and more concerned and loved by young people is that they can project real life and connect the emotional world. I believe that the audience will resonate and empathize with the avatars in the process of communicating with them and witnessing their growth. (Reporter Peng Kan)
