Picking up the leek and sickle, the "old-fashioned" people inserted the scythe into the soil, held the long handle in both hands and pulled it backwards, and the leek was completely separated from the soil. Seeing the ripe leek stems and white leaves, the villagers took the sickle and cut it, tied it up, and prepared to transport it to all parts of the country.
Zhangjia Daping villagers have been planting leeks for more than 40 years, the villagers here have accumulated enough planting experience from generation to generation, leek planting has become a pillar industry of villagers' income, they take shovels, iron forks, special sickles and other tools to harvest the leeks planted by ancient methods.
