From November 2001 to March 2003, he served as the director of Zhuzhou Bridge Factory of China Railway 11th Bureau Group Company, deputy secretary of the party committee and senior engineer. From March 2003 to April 2005, he served as the chairman, general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee, equity representative and senior engineer of China Railway Zhuzhou Bridge Company of China Railway 11 bureau group. From April 2005 to May 2007, he served as the deputy general manager and professor-level senior engineer of China Railway 11 bureau group company. From May 2007 to July 2011, he served as a director, chairman, general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee and professor-level senior engineer of China Railway Rail System Group Co., Ltd. From July 2011 to January 2015, he served as the chairman, general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee and professor-level senior engineer of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry. Since September 2017, he has also served as the chairman and executive director of the Company. Mr. Liu Feixiang obtained the qualification of professor-level senior engineer in November 2006 and was rated as a senior accountant in March 2020. Mr. Liu Feixiang is a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress and an expert on special allowances of the State Council. Mr. Liu Feixiang has also served as the President of Hunan Machinery Industry Association since April 2018.
