Which cars are subsidized?
Individual consumers holding number plates in Hubei Province, from September 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, scrap or transfer out their old passenger cars under their own name, and purchase the passenger car models in the "List of Passenger Car Trade-in Promotion Models in Hubei Province in 2021" at the passenger car dealers in our city (within the designated scope of the "Hubei Province 2021 Passenger Car Trade-in Special Action Dealer Outlets Directory" (Xiangyang City) (hereinafter referred to as the "Dealer Network Directory") issued by the Hubei Provincial Government). The first registration time of an old passenger car scrapped or transferred out by a consumer must be before 1 January 2016 and has been registered in his/her name before 1 September 2021, and the registration date of the above old passenger cars does not include that date.
When applying for subsidies, the date of the unified invoice for the sale of second-hand vehicles or the cancellation certificate of motor vehicles, the date of the contract for the purchase of new vehicles, and the date of issuance of the unified invoice for the sale of newly purchased vehicles and motor vehicles must be within the subsidy period.
Subsidy standards
Scrapping old passenger cars, the purchase of new energy passenger cars in the use of the subsidy fund of 5,000 yuan / car; the purchase of fuel passenger cars subsidies of 3,000 yuan / car.
Transferring out of the old passenger car, the subsidy fund for the purchase of new energy passenger cars is 3,000 yuan / vehicle; the subsidy for the purchase of fuel passenger cars is 2,000 yuan / vehicle.
During the subsidy period, each consumer can only enjoy the subsidy of 1 car.
Filing time
Xiangyang City will carry out the declaration of subsidy funds for passenger cars in Hubei Province in two batches, the first batch of declarations will be on December 6, 2021, the second batch of declarations will be on January 15, 2022, and no separate declaration will be organized after the two declarations.
How do I declare subsidies?
Car buyers who participate in the trade-in subsidy activities shall submit to the dealer in a timely manner the application materials required for declaring the subsidy. After the dealer receives the information for review and confirmation, the subsidy funds are paid to the consumers in a timely manner, and in the later stage, in accordance with the requirements of the declaration time node, the financial subsidy funds are centrally declared to the county (city, district) and development zone economic and information departments of the tax revenue bank.
Application Documents
Applying for the 2021 passenger car trade-in subsidy fund in Hubei Province requires the paper version and electronic version of the following information, the materials must be kept clear, accurate and clean, and the paper version and the electronic version should be fully corresponding.
A copy of the id card of the individual consumer, the proof that the individual consumer enjoys the financial subsidy fund of the old-for-new passenger car in Hubei Province, and the bank customer receipt.
The uniform invoice for the sale of second-hand cars or the cancellation certificate of the motor vehicle for individual consumers, the purchase and sale contract for the replacement of new vehicles, the unified invoice for the sale of motor vehicles, and a copy of the driving certificate.
A copy of the business license of the passenger car dealer applying for the subsidy, and a copy of the legal person's ID card.
Passenger car dealers applying for subsidies provide a letter of guarantee that they are responsible for the authenticity of the information declared.
The order of binding of the declaration materials shall be in accordance with the registration order of the declared vehicle information form, and the application materials of individual consumers shall be bound in turn (in accordance with the order of the consumer's personal identity card, the unified invoice for the sale of second-hand cars or the cancellation certificate of the motor vehicle, the contract for the newly purchased vehicle, the unified invoice for the sale of the newly purchased vehicle, the driving certificate of the motor vehicle, the certificate of the financial subsidy fund for the individual consumer to enjoy the old for the new passenger car in Hubei Province, and the order of the bank customer receipt).
