A driver in South Africa uses a trolley instead of a car tire to drive a vehicle on the road

A driver in Cape Town, South Africa, was recently photographed driving on the road when he replaced the tires with a trolley. The video shows the white car's right rear tire missing and the tyre position replaced by a trolley. In addition to the driver, there was a passenger in the passenger seat. This car was traveling much slower than others, and the red flags were flashing all the time. The driver reportedly explained that he was repairing the car and said police had not yet looked for him.
