In the fourth quarter, the output of automobile flywheel assemblies produced by Jilin Dahua Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Northeast Industrial Group continued to increase, and the workers on the production line were busy and went all out to catch up with product orders.

Jilin Dahua is currently the largest domestic automobile flywheel assembly products manufacturers, the production of cast iron flywheel, flexible flywheel and dual-quality flywheel assembly series products not only sell well in China, but also exported to Europe and the United States and other countries and regions. Due to the company's high product quality and good after-sales service, since entering the fourth quarter, domestic and foreign orders have been continuous, especially the orders for two series of flexible flywheels and double-quality flywheels are extremely hot. In terms of the domestic market, the dual-quality flywheel assembly products produced by SAIC Motor, the flexible flywheel assembly products produced for the FAW Hongqi brand, and the flexible flywheel assembly products produced for GM International increased by 60.6%, 80% and 75% respectively compared with the third quarter. Among foreign customers, except for a few OEMs that have slightly reduced their orders due to the epidemic and other reasons, the orders of most OEMs have increased. Among them, the cast iron flywheel assembly series products produced for Carter and the cast iron flywheel assembly products produced for Mercury increased by 50% and 40% respectively compared with the third quarter. Since the beginning of this year, the trend of flexible flywheel series assemblies produced for Fiat International has also been rising, and production in November has climbed to 165% of single-month production at the end of the third quarter.

In order to deliver orders on time, Dahua Company tapped the production potential, responded to market demand, changed the "two shift rotation" to "three shifts" production, organized employees to work overtime to catch up with orders, and ensured that products were delivered on time.
